Location: IB School, Belgaum, Karnataka

Position: Physics Teacher

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
• Master’s Degree in Physics or a related field

Experience:

• Experience teaching in an International Baccalaureate (IB) school is required.

Salary:

• Up to ₹1.2 Lakh per month
• Final salary will depend on current package, experience, qualifications, and performance in the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Instruction:
   • Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons in accordance with IB curriculum standards.
   • Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.
   • Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse student learning needs.
2. Student Assessment:
   • Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
   • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
   • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
3. Curriculum Development:
   • Contribute to the development and review of the Physics curriculum.
   • Integrate IB philosophy and practices into the curriculum.
   • Stay updated with the latest educational trends and advancements in Physics education.
4. Classroom Management:
   • Create a positive and conducive learning environment.
   • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
   • Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative learning environment.
5. Professional Development:
   • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
   • Stay informed about IB requirements and updates.
6. Parent and Community Engagement:
   • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
   • Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
   • Engage with the school community to support student learning and well-being.
