Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-School Teacher with a background in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT) to join our school in Bilekahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and at least 2 years of experience working in preschool settings. This role involves nurturing and guiding young children through their formative years while providing a positive, stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities for preschool children.
• Foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily classroom activities.
• Establish a nurturing and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Assess and monitor the development of each child and provide regular feedback to parents.
• Create individual learning plans to support the development of each child.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children’s progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events to enhance professional growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a harmonious and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching preschool children.
• Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a passion for working with young children.
