Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Hindi at the primary level in a CBSE curriculum setting and a commitment to providing a positive and enriching learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Hindi lessons to primary school students.
• Develop and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the CBSE guidelines.
• Foster a deep understanding and appreciation of the Hindi language and literature in students.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Organize and lead activities to reinforce learning in Hindi, such as cultural events, storytelling sessions, etc.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technology to support diverse learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior and implement effective discipline strategies.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and staff development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated and holistic learning experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (BA) with Hindi as a subject.
• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Primary Hindi Teacher in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students through creative teaching techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
