Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in English for primary-grade students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
• Encourage students to develop a love for English language and literature through innovative teaching methodologies.
• Assess and document students’ progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Use a variety of teaching resources and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Conduct periodic assessments, exams, and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the school’s academic and extracurricular programs.
• Participate actively in school meetings, events, and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance and academic performance.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: MA in English and Bachelor of Education (BEd) mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience as a Primary English Teacher in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and teaching standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology.
