Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for senior secondary classes in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments to cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Ensure students grasp complex mathematical concepts and develop problem-solving skills.
• Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on both theoretical and practical problem-solving approaches.
• Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve academic excellence.
• Maintain an organized, conducive, and positive classroom environment.
• Encourage and support students to participate in competitive exams and Olympiads related to Mathematics.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall academic experience of students.
• Stay updated with advancements in the CBSE curriculum and incorporate best practices in teaching methodologies.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MSc in Mathematics.
• Bachelor of Education (BEd) is mandatory.
• Minimum 8+ years of teaching experience as a PGT Mathematics Teacher in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating a student-centered and engaging learning environment.
