Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher (TGT & PGT) to join our CBSE school in Pothanur. The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the English language, a strong academic background, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons for middle and senior secondary students.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum standards.
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and language proficiency in students.
Curriculum Management:

Prepare students for board exams with a focus on syllabus completion, practice, and assessment.
Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
Assessment and Evaluation:

Design and administer regular tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate student progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents during parent-teacher meetings.
Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
Address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students as required.
Extra-Curricular Contribution:

Encourage and guide students to participate in debates, elocutions, and literary competitions.

Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English (BA) with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
Master’s degree in English (MA) preferred for PGT role.
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
Experience teaching both middle school (TGT) and senior secondary (PGT) levels.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and techniques.
