Salary Range: ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic female Principal to lead our CBSE-affiliated school in Palladam. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a passion for education, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to foster a positive and progressive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:

Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and ensure adherence to its guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to achieve academic excellence.
Plan and organize staff training programs to enhance teaching quality.
School Administration:

Manage day-to-day operations of the school efficiently.
Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and other statutory requirements.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and facility management.
Staff and Student Management:

Recruit, train, and retain qualified teaching and non-teaching staff.
Foster a healthy and supportive environment for students and staff.
Address grievances and ensure a harmonious workplace.
Parental and Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents and address their concerns effectively.
Represent the school in community and educational forums.
Vision and Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve the school’s long-term goals.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a related field.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Vice-Principal or Principal).

Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
