Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our CBSE school in JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting the school, guiding prospective parents and students, and managing the admissions process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing comprehensive information about the school and its programs.
• Manage and streamline the admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
• Organize and conduct school tours, open houses, and informational sessions for prospective families.
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement admission campaigns and events.
• Address concerns and questions from parents promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and policies relevant to admissions and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on admission statistics, trends, and insights to the school management.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools and community organizations to drive enrollment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Admission Counsellor in a CBSE school.
• In-depth understanding of the CBSE curriculum and admission processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools for managing admission data.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a high level of professionalism.
