Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for Mathematics to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Mathematics and teaching experience at the senior secondary level (Classes XI and XII), in line with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for students in Classes XI and XII.
Prepare, plan, and implement lessons that adhere to the CBSE syllabus.
Foster an environment conducive to active learning and critical thinking.
Student Assessment & Evaluation

Design and conduct regular assessments to track students’ progress.
Provide timely feedback and support for individual student needs.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams through structured guidance and practice.
Classroom Management & Discipline

Maintain discipline and order within the classroom.
Encourage positive student behavior and a respectful classroom atmosphere.
Parental Communication

Maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing updates on students’ academic progress.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide recommendations for improvement when necessary.
Professional Development

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with teaching methodologies and CBSE curriculum changes.
Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Extracurricular Activities

Support students in participating in Mathematics-related activities, Olympiads, and competitions.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Master’s degree in Mathematics, preferably with a B.Ed.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Mathematics teacher, ideally at the PGT level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and expertise in curriculum development.
Certifications: Relevant CBSE certifications or training would be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for teaching, especially online platforms if needed.
