Title: Physics Teacher / Faculty

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physics Teacher / Faculty to join our team at a leading Pre-University (PU) College in Hassan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics education and experience in preparing students for competitive exams such as JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), and CET (Common Entrance Test).

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students at the PU level.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies to effectively teach Physics concepts and theories.
• Prepare students for competitive entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, and CET, by providing rigorous and comprehensive exam-oriented coaching.
• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock exams.
• Provide personalized academic support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Create a motivating and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and examination patterns for JEE, NEET, and CET.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic program and student learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Physics or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching Physics at the PU level, with a track record of preparing students for competitive exams.
• In-depth knowledge of Physics concepts and theories, particularly those relevant to JEE, NEET, and CET.
• Familiarity with the syllabi and examination patterns of JEE, NEET, and CET.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel academically.

Salary:
The salary for this position is up to 100,000 INR per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, current salary, and performance in the interview.
