Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Mathematics to join a CBSE School, located in Gunjur and Sarjapur Area of Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to classes 11 and 12, following the curriculum set by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students in classes 11 and 12.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and encourage their academic and personal development.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic program and student experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of Mathematics education and incorporate relevant teaching strategies and technologies into lessons.

Qualifications:

• A post-graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from 60,000 to 70,000 INR per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, previous salary, and performance in the interview.
