Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our school located on Sarjapur-Marathahalli Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Physics (MSc) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with at least 5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level. The successful candidate will be passionate about Physics and committed to delivering high-quality education to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver in-depth Physics lessons to senior secondary students (11th and 12th grades).
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to make complex Physics concepts understandable and engaging.
• Assess and document students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams by providing rigorous academic training and support.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for Physics and encourages inquiry and exploration.
• Utilize modern technology and teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of Physics education and integrate relevant practices into teaching.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physics (MSc).
• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
