Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher with a background in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT) to join our school in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and a strong ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education best practices.
• Foster a creative, positive, and safe classroom environment for children.
• Teach foundational skills such as basic reading, writing, and numbers.
• Encourage learning through storytelling, games, and creative activities.
• Observe each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Communicate with parents regularly to report on child development and address any concerns.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other staff members to enhance teaching methods and curriculum.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
