Responsibilities:
- Classroom Leadership: Lead a classroom of young children, fostering a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities and lessons in alignment with the preschool’s curriculum objectives.
- Child Development: Observe, assess, and track the progress of each child, identifying areas for growth and providing individualized support as needed.
- Parent Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool and uphold its educational standards.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or equivalent certification required.
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in teaching or working with young children preferred, though freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for working with children, dedication to their holistic development, and strong communication skills are essential.
