Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal for our CBSE-affiliated school in Kengeri. The ideal candidate will lead the school in academic excellence, operational efficiency, and overall development. The Principal will play a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality learning environment that promotes the holistic growth of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

Provide strategic leadership to the school by setting academic goals and ensuring they are met.

Oversee the daily management of the school, ensuring smooth operations in compliance with CBSE standards.

Academic Excellence:

Implement and monitor CBSE curriculum and ensure high-quality teaching standards.

Promote innovative teaching methods and co-curricular activities that foster a comprehensive education.

Staff Supervision & Development:

Lead and mentor the teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Conduct regular performance appraisals of staff members and ensure continuous improvement.

Student Development:

Ensure that students receive a balanced education focusing on both academic and personal growth.

Address student issues, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

Parent & Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication regarding student performance and school events.

Represent the school in local educational and community activities.

Administration & Operations:

Manage school finances, budget, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Education/Administration or related field.

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in teaching and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (preferably as a Principal or Vice-Principal in a CBSE school).

Strong knowledge of CBSE guidelines and educational policies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
