Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Montessori teaching and hold a diploma in Montessori Teacher Training (MTT). The teacher will be responsible for fostering a child-centered learning environment based on Montessori principles, ensuring the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a Montessori curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs of young children.
• Facilitate learning through Montessori materials and create an environment that encourages independence and exploration.
• Observe and assess the progress of each child, tailoring activities to suit individual learning styles and needs.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes self-confidence and curiosity.
• Provide regular feedback on student progress to parents, maintaining open communication channels.
• Manage the classroom in a way that encourages positive behavior and respect for peers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
• Keep updated with the latest Montessori techniques and early childhood development research.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood development.
