Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Hindi and a B.Ed. with at least 5 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the primary level. The role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi for primary-level students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of different learners and to ensure student understanding and progress.
- Assess and document student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hindi.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hindi Teacher.
- Strong understanding of the Hindi language and its pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
