Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Hindi and a B.Ed. with at least 5 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the primary level. The role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi for primary-level students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of different learners and to ensure student understanding and progress.
• Assess and document student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hindi.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hindi Teacher.
• Strong understanding of the Hindi language and its pedagogy.
