Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with educational goals and objectives.
- Academic Excellence: Drive academic excellence through innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of school operations, including administrative functions, infrastructure management, and resource allocation.
- Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and involvement in school activities.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the school’s visibility, attract new students, and promote its unique offerings.
- Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and support a team of highly qualified and motivated faculty and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, educational standards, and statutory requirements, maintaining the school’s accreditation and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving academic and operational excellence.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 100,000/- per month.
- Package depends on last experience, interview performance, and previous salary.
