Akshara Public School (CBSE Affiliated School), located in Doddabelvangala, Bangalore Rural, is seeking passionate and qualified teachers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Curriculum Implementation: Implement the prescribed curriculum effectively, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress and performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom, ensuring discipline and student engagement.
- Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with varying learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive education practices.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and foster a collaborative relationship.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Experience in teaching the respective subject is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
