Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our ICSE school in Hebbal, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ICSE curriculum, with proven leadership skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and oversee the daily operations of the school.
Ensure the implementation of the ICSE curriculum in a manner that promotes high academic standards.
Lead, mentor, and support the teaching and administrative staff to foster a positive and productive school environment.
Develop and implement policies, programs, and strategies that align with the school’s mission and vision.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the ICSE board.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in teaching and learning.
Manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
Oversee student admissions, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Address disciplinary issues and manage conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal in a school following the ICSE curriculum.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and educational best practices.
Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
Proven track record of improving student outcomes and school performance.
