Location: Doddabelvangala, near Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to serve as the Principal of our CBSE school located in Doddabelvangala, situated approximately 40 kilometers from Bangalore and 12 kilometers from Doddaballapur. Our school currently serves 250 students and is expected to accommodate up to 500 students in the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to driving academic excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to promote academic excellence and holistic development among students.
• Mentor and empower the faculty and staff through innovative and creative approaches to enhance teaching methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring adherence to CBSE curriculum standards and educational regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and the community, to build strong relationships and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the growth and development of the school.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality faculty and staff members.
• Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing interventions as needed to support student success.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about school activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Manage the school budget and resources efficiently to support educational initiatives and maintain financial sustainability.
• Stay abreast of developments in education, including curriculum changes, pedagogical innovations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the school’s programs and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in an educational institution.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student achievement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change in an educational setting.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary up to Rs. 60,000/-, commensurate with candidate experience, qualification, and last drawn salary.
