Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our CBSE school in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Physics (MSc) along with a Bachelor of Education (BEd) and have over 5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (11th and 12th grades). The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about Physics and committed to delivering high-quality education to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for senior secondary students in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that make complex Physics concepts easy to understand and foster critical thinking.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies, such as hands-on activities, laboratory experiments, and technology integration, to enhance learning.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams by providing rigorous academic training and support.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and practical exams, offering constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry, experimentation, and a love for science.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and integrate them into your teaching practices.
• Engage in regular communication with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities as required.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Physics (MSc).
• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Physics Teacher, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and Physics subject matter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and make learning engaging.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve academic success.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
