Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our CBSE school in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Hindi (MA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with over 5 years of experience teaching Hindi at the secondary level. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching Hindi, a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Hindi language lessons to secondary school students (6th to 10th grade) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual learning needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make the learning of Hindi language and literature engaging and enjoyable.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a love for the Hindi language, encouraging students to develop their reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes active participation and mutual respect.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring an inclusive and conducive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students’ progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in Hindi language teaching.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Hindi (MA).
• Bachelor of Education (BEd).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a TGT Hindi Teacher, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE Hindi curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex language concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
