Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our CBSE school in Electronic City, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Mathematics (MSc) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with over 5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at the senior secondary level. The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality education and fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of Mathematics among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive Mathematics lessons to senior secondary students (11th and 12th grades) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams by providing rigorous academic training and support.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Integrate technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in Mathematics education.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Mathematics (MSc).
Bachelor of Education (BEd).
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Mathematics Teacher, preferably at the senior secondary level.
Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
