Job Description:
We are seeking a committed and experienced Primary Maths Teacher to join our school in Churu, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with at least 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the primary level. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping young students develop strong foundational skills in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for primary school students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make Mathematics concepts accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
Foster a love for Mathematics in students and help them build strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in teaching Mathematics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc).
Bachelor of Education (BEd).
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Maths Teacher, preferably at the primary level.
Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
