Job Description:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Primary English Teacher to join our school in Churu, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in English (BA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) with at least 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching English and dedicated to helping young learners develop strong language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to primary school students.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of young students.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Foster a love for reading and writing in students, helping them to improve their communication skills.
Manage classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in teaching English.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English (BA).
Bachelor of Education (BEd).
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an English Teacher, preferably at the primary level.
Strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
