Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our school in Churu, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in English (MA) and a Bachelor of Education (BEd), with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in middle and secondary grades, fostering a love for language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans that enhance students’ language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make English learning enjoyable and effective.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
Prepare students for exams and other assessments, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the subject matter.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Stay updated with current trends and best practices in English education.
Ensure the well-being and safety of all students in the classroom.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in English (MA).
Bachelor of Education (BEd).
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an English Teacher.
Strong knowledge of English language and literature curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
