Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Studies Teacher to join our international school in Mysore. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies as per the IGCSE curriculum, specifically at the A Level, and will play a key role in preparing students for their examinations and future academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons aligned with the IGCSE (A Level) curriculum.
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that challenges and supports students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students grasp key concepts.
Prepare students for IGCSE (A Level) examinations through rigorous instruction and assessment.
Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly, providing feedback and extra support where necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of Business Studies and the IGCSE curriculum.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or relevant qualification is preferred.
Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the IGCSE (A Level) in an international school setting.
Strong knowledge of the IGCSE curriculum and examination requirements.
