Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our team at an esteemed international school in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a love for teaching young learners, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons to primary school students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance students’ language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience for students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and report regularly to parents and school administration.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching English at the primary school level, preferably in an international school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology is a plus.
