Job Description:
An international school in Marathahalli is hiring a Female HR Generalist/Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in school HR operations and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.

Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

Support onboarding and induction of new staff.

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Address employee queries and support staff welfare.

Coordinate with management on HR policies and updates.

Assist in performance appraisals and staff training programs.
Requirements:

Master’s degree (preferably in HR or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in school HR roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of HR practices and school staffing needs.
