Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE norms.
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
• Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, manage affiliations, examinations, and academic planning.
• Foster strong communication between staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Education/School Leadership).
• B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 3-5 years in a school leadership role (as Principal/Vice Principal/Coordinator).
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
