Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal to lead our CBSE school in Jakkur, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to manage academic and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the school.
- Oversee academic planning and ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum standards.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff and student activities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive school environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and policies.
- Plan and implement school development strategies.
Requirements:
- MA/MSc with BEd (mandatory).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the education sector, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities effectively and make strategic decisions.
