Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pre-School Teacher to join our school in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Create a fun, interactive, and positive classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, rhymes, and play-based learning.
- Monitor and record students’ progress.
- Maintain good communication with parents regarding child development.
- Ensure safety and well-being of all children at all times.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / NTT / MTT (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pre-School Teacher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Ability to handle kids with care and enthusiasm.
