Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary English Teacher to join our dynamic faculty team at our CBSE-affiliated school in Erode. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the English language, a thorough understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality classroom instruction for primary students (Grades I–V).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards.
  • Prepare daily lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records and progress reports.
  • Integrate interactive and creative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other subject teachers and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress.
  • Ensure classroom discipline and manage student behavior constructively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English or related discipline (B.A. + B.Ed. preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE primary classes.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and use of technology in classrooms.
