Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced High School Social Studies Teacher for a CBSE school located in Jakkur, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, experience in handling CBSE curriculum, and the ability to engage high school students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons as per CBSE curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.

Guide students in projects, map work, and research-based activities.

Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations.

Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress.

Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.

Participate in school meetings, PTMs, and academic planning sessions.

Maintain records and documentation as per CBSE guidelines.
Requirements:

MA in relevant subject (History/Political Science/Geography/Social Studies).

B.Ed is mandatory.
