Location: Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bengaluru
Experience Required: 10–12 years (School experience preferred)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Admin Manager to manage and oversee the administrative operations of our school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience working in an educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the school
  • Supervise non-teaching staff and support staff
  • Ensure smooth functioning of school facilities, transport, security, and housekeeping
  • Maintain school records, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with management, teachers, parents, and vendors
  • Oversee admissions-related administrative processes
  • Handle government liaison work and statutory compliance
  • Support school events, audits, and inspections

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 10–12 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
