Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our reputed State Board School in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and a passion for school administration and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in managing school operations effectively.
• Oversee academic planning and implementation in line with the State Board curriculum.
• Monitor teachers’ performance, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality education delivery.
• Handle student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management for a positive learning environment.
• Organize and supervise school events, extracurricular activities, and assessments.
• Ensure adherence to educational policies and regulations set by the board and government.
• Support in faculty recruitment, training, and development.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Ed/M.Ed with a relevant postgraduate degree.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in teaching/administration, preferably in a State Board school.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, students, and parents professionally.
• Good understanding of State Board curriculum and regulations.
