We are seeking an experienced and visionary School Principal with a strong background in the CBSE curriculum to lead our institution in Mysuru. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school, ensuring academic excellence and holistic development.
• Implement and oversee the CBSE curriculum, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and best practices.
• Develop and execute academic programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and staff to maintain high teaching standards.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes student well-being, discipline, and ethical values.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the school community.
• Monitor student performance, conduct assessments, and implement necessary improvements.
• Oversee school administration, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and technology-driven learning approaches.
• Ensure the school complies with CBSE guidelines and maintains accreditation standards.
• Handle parent-teacher interactions, grievances, and school events.
• Represent the school in educational forums and develop partnerships for school growth.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MSc/MA with BEd (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in school leadership, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated institution.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, policies, and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement effective teaching-learning practices and drive academic excellence.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in technology and modern educational tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
