We are seeking an experienced and passionate Middle School Hindi Teacher to join our esteemed school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching Hindi under the CBSE curriculum, with a commitment to fostering language skills and cultural appreciation in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that encourage student participation.
• Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide individualized attention to students based on their learning needs.
• Foster an interactive and positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Maintain accurate student records and track their academic progress.
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and areas of improvement.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• BA/MA in Hindi or a related field.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience teaching Hindi in a CBSE school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE syllabus and NEP 2020 guidelines.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
