Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Middle School Science Teacher with expertise in the CBSE curriculum to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students in Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons for middle school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment strategies to ensure effective learning.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning among students.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student learning experiences.
• Conduct practical experiments and hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and academic development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and CBSE guidelines.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: BSc/MSc in Science + BEd (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE syllabus requirements.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching.
