Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PGT Physics Teacher with a strong academic background and expertise in teaching the CBSE curriculum to join our school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching Physics, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire and engage students in higher secondary classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Physics for higher secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum to ensure academic excellence.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and hands-on experiments to enhance conceptual understanding.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Prepare students for board exams by conducting regular practice sessions and mock tests.
• Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, helping them excel academically.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in curriculum development, school events, and faculty meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and CBSE syllabus updates.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MSc in Physics and BEd (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE syllabus and exam pattern.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching techniques, including digital tools and laboratory experiments.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.
