Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Middle School Science Teacher with expertise in the CBSE curriculum to join our school in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience, and the ability to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and concept-based Science lessons for middle school students.
• Develop lesson plans in alignment with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies and interactive activities to enhance student learning.
• Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and hands-on experiments.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic progress.
• Maintain discipline and foster a positive classroom environment that supports student engagement.
• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Stay updated with latest developments in Science education and integrate them into teaching methods.

Requirements:

• MSc in Science (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) & BEd (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to school activities.
