Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Accountancy and Business Studies as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and application of concepts.
• Prepare students for board examinations by conducting regular assessments, tests, and revisions.
• Utilize modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning and case study approaches.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Conduct remedial sessions for students who need additional academic support.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: M.Com & B.Ed (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
• Strong subject knowledge in Accountancy & Business Studies.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
