Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to join our faculty team at a reputed PU College in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the subject and a proven track record of helping students achieve academic excellence, especially in preparations for board exams and competitive exams like CET, JEE, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for PUC I & II students.
  • Prepare lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines and academic standards.
  • Provide additional coaching for competitive exams (like CET, JEE, etc.).
  • Conduct regular tests, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain student records, track progress, and discuss results with parents.
  • Participate in academic planning, meetings, and faculty development sessions.
  • Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics.
  • B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the PU/Junior College level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and student development.
