Job Description:

An international school in Marathahalli is hiring a Female HR Generalist/Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in school HR operations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.

• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

• Support onboarding and induction of new staff.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

• Address employee queries and support staff welfare.

• Coordinate with management on HR policies and updates.

• Assist in performance appraisals and staff training programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably in HR or related field).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in school HR roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of HR practices and school staffing needs.
