Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mathematics Teacher for Primary or Secondary classes to join our CBSE school in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have strong subject knowledge, and be committed to student-centered learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to Primary or Secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum
- Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging lesson plans
- Prepare teaching aids and use innovative teaching methods to enhance learning
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students’ academic progress
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance
- Provide academic support and guidance to students
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher meetings
- Follow CBSE guidelines and school policies
Eligibility & Requirements:
- MSc in Mathematics
- BEd is mandatory
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience in teaching CBSE curriculum preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
