Job Title: Vice Principal

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Vice Principal to support the Principal in the overall academic and administrative leadership of a CBSE and State Board school in Thirupati. The candidate should be passionate about education, staff development, and student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in planning, organizing, and supervising school operations
- Oversee academic programs for CBSE and State Board curricula
- Monitor teaching standards, lesson planning, and classroom practices
- Support curriculum implementation and continuous academic improvement
- Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure compliance with CBSE, State Board, and education department regulations
- Handle student discipline, welfare, and parent interactions
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic records
- Promote a positive, safe, and disciplined school environment
- Act as Principal in their absence
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject
- B.Ed / M.Ed mandatory
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator / Head of Department preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CBSE and/or State Board curriculum
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
